  New construction

  We will create a unique luxury home, both inside and out, including interior design, built-in and bespoke furniture, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as sourcing original fixtures, fittings, furniture, rugs, and artwork.
  We design in accordance with regulations, and tailor the planning of the spaces to suit your needs including organization of all your storage requirements. We design everything down to the last detail and supervise the construction of your project. The design of the interior is incorporated into the very beginning of the architectural planning, we also provide a total package of FF&E (proposals for furniture, cushions, and fixtures), art direction, and supervision of garden creation.

  Existing building renovation

  We propose designs for the interiors after investigating and renovating the earthquake resistance and insulation of the property. We make use of the furniture you already own and provide FF&E (furniture, cushions, and fixtures suggestions). This is a renovation that preserves what you love and transforms it into something more attractive. Just like new construction, we can make suggestions on every detail, including built-in furniture, original fixtures, rugs, and kitchens. *Regarding earthquake resistance and insulation, a detailed investigation may be required separately depending on the existing condition.

• Skeleton remodelling

  We work closely with you providing professional advice which can include helping you choose a property, and then, once chosen, what the best options are for creating a home that suits your needs and desires – and increases the value of the property. We usually strip the property back to its shell, to its skeleton, and then reconfigure the spaces to suit your brief. This includes replanning the layout, renewal and relocation of services (electrics and plumbing) kitchen and bathrooms, overseeing the project on site, interior design including built-in and bespoke furniture, hard materials like flooring, lighting design and selecting furniture, fixtures and fittings. We can also provide art direction for ‘styling’ your home and sourcing artwork.

  Interior Renovation

  Not as invasive as completely remodelling your home, by changing some partitions, deciding a colour scheme that matches your concept, and selecting wall and flooring materials that suit your personality, we can create a dramatic renovation that not only suits your needs and budget, but also allows you to express your individuality. You'll be pleasantly surprised at just how much can be done even in the smallest apartment!

• Interior design in collaboration with an external architect

  After comprehensively assessing the architect's concept and your needs, we participate in the project as interior designers to make the space work perfectly for you. We advise on interior planning, deciding on placement of wall and windows that work with the interior use. We plan furniture layouts, analyse your storage needs and how best to organize your belongings, then design bespoke/built-in units to accommodate everything. Using an interior designer at the beginning of a new build will save time and money further down the line, as decisions are made early and incorporated into the build, rather than mistakes being made or realising something hasn’t been considered, which can add to the overall cost of the build.

In addition to residential buildings, we also design interiors for boutique hotels, restaurants, yachts and shops.
